ABOUT SANDY REYNOLDS
Senior Vice President of Global Business Development
Sandy Reynolds is IntraLink Global's Senior Vice President of Global Business Development. From stints as an institutional trading floor broker to co-founder of Loop Capital Markets, a full-service investment bank, brokerage and advisory firm, Sandy has spent her entire career in sales positions that have been both intellectually and physically challenging given the 'baggage' they require - which clarifies why we called her 'have presentation will travel' before she joined ILG.
Sandy holds an M.M. from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.A. from Stanford University. While specializing in fixed income sales as First National Bank of Chicago morphed into the behemoth JP Morgan Chase, she covered many of the largest global institutional portfolio managers in the insurance, mutual fund and hedge fund industries. As an armed, willing and able Chartered Financial Analyst, she provided value-added capital markets trading and portfolio management strategy through every business and economic cycle. Her goal to provide superior value, expertise and results propelled her to co-found Loop Capital Markets in 1997.
At Loop Capital - by putting clients' needs first - Sandy performed virtually every function in the global investment bank, servicing corporate, governmental and institutional entities to build a track record of success and help it become one of the fastest-growing firms in the financial services industry. Combining state-of-the art quantitative analysis and technical customization, she was able to enhance the revenue growth of the complexly structured municipalities while forging relationships with key public finance executives and government officials.
As a mother who wanted to raise her three children without managing a full-service staff, Sandy has spent the last eight years devoting her time as a board member to several civic and cultural organizations. These include the Goodman Theatre, the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, the Court Theater, After School Matters and the University of Chicago Women's Board. She was also recently appointed to the board of Choose Chicago, the City’s government-supported convention and tourism non-profit. She is a closet salsa dance addict and passionate about travel to exotic destinations across the globe. Dedicated to a strict physical fitness regimen, Sandy has the muscle to do serious heavy lifting and is frequently seen on the basketball court rebounding for, training and coaching her brood of future hall-of-famers.
