ABOUT DIANE PRIMO
Founder and Chairman
Diane Primo is IntraLink Global's Founder and Chairman. That makes her our team leader, coach, groundbreaker, creative force and all-around trailblazer. She is well suited to the job given her broad range of experience in business. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Smith College; has pioneered new products, processes and systems during her 30-year career; and has led some of the top product marketing organizations in the country. These include Ameritech, SBC and CDW, as well as brands in the Quaker Oats portfolio. While she has headed integrated myriad marketing practices on both a large and small scale, it has always been with technology at the core of her efforts.
But Diane's experience transcends big business. She cut her teeth on start-ups at Ameritech and SBC; became CEO of a prestigious Kleiner Perkins-backed e-commerce start-up in the home services sector in 2000; and did extensive advisory work in the real estate industry. Her range of experiences and successes make her a gifted B2B and B2C marketer, an unusual combination.
Diane's vibrant speaking style has made her a frequently requested participant at national and global conferences, seminars, forums and graduate level programs as both a speaker and moderator. During this past year, she moderated programs for the Council on Global Affairs and The Executives' Club, and participated in the G8 Global Summit "Women's Role in Arab Countries: Supporting Open Economies, Inclusive Growth" in London.
We joke that Diane gets high on innovation, has a highly functioning left and right brain and is a tough chick with a big heart. But we’re serious when we say she’s more focused than Michael Phelps when it comes to going for the gold in everything she does. In her spare time, she focuses all her determination on the issue of homelessness in America and the five mile runs she does daily, but is a master of remarkable repasts at the spur-of-the-moment. Very few people know that she holds her own patent from her telecomm days. She is truly one of a kind.
